West Winds Broadside Gin - 70cl - 58% ABV
Take four adventurous Aussies, each with differing expertise in their respected fields but all with the same goal: to produce a range of Australian gin to compete around the world and what you get is West Winds. It all started in 2010, when visionary Jason Chan introduced two gins to distiller Paul White, wine expert James Clarke and self confessed ‘drink slinger’ Jeremy Spencer. The resulting gins bring a real sense of Australian identity and are worthy of any gin collection.
