When it opened its doors in February 2013, Long Table was the first micro-distillery to open in Vancouver. The relief to owner Charles Tremewen was palpable, given that it took three years of planning and building challenges to get off the ground. Since then, they've won Gold at San Francisco World Spirits Competition and amassing an impressive number of other accolades along the way.
Long Table Bourbon Barrel-Aged Gin
Long Table’s London Dry is rested for around four months in 30 ltr bourbon barrels. Oaked flavours and a distinctive golden hue leave a strong impression on the gin, with a hint of baking spices and vanilla making themselves known to the nose. The woody flavours, though strong, do not dominate the gin, instead combining well to create a sweet finish and a velvety mouthfeel.
