Conker Dorset Dry Gin is an intricate gin comprised of ten botanicals that balances juniper bite and cassia spice with the fresh Dorset notes of elderberries, samphire and handpicked gorse flowers. The gin is an elegant twist on a classic spirit, with distiller Rupert Holloway using the lack of local distilling heritage to create something entirely new (and entirely delicious).
