bottlegreen Classic Indian tonic

The sweetness and bitterness balances perfectly in this crisp, effervescent drink, it has interesting and delicate citrus and herbal notes coming from Italian bitters. It's more subdued than many tonics with less sweetness and because of this, is the ultimate mixer for more subtle, delicate gins.

bottlegreen Light Tonic

A crafted blend of quinine and aromatic Italian bitters combine to create a tonic that is more akin to sparkling water than full blown bitter tonic. This is a fantastic tonic to use with either fruity or floral gins as the subtlety of the tonic allows the gin to really shine.

bottlegreen Elderflower Tonic

By blending elderflowers and quinine, this is a delicious flavoured Tonic. Fresh and bright, the elderflower isn't overly sweetened and in a G&T, allows for a lovely floral tone to emerge. Our preferred partnership is with Shortcross or Bombay Amber - both of which benefit from the floral forward nature of the mixer.

Pomegranate juice, elderflower and quinine are combined to make an intriguing flavoured Tonic. With quite a strong flavour - it's not a silent partner and needs some considered pairings. We enjoy it with a classic gin like Tanqueray as it gives the usual G&T a delightful summer twist.
