Sacred Gin is a micro distillery located in Highgate, London. Unlike a traditional distillery with copper pot stills, Sacred Gin is distilled under vacuum in glassware that resembles more a chemistry lab gone crazy. Move over Walter White...
Sacred Gin -
Fresh, balanced citrus and cardamom notes, Sacred Gin more than just stands up to inspection. The juniper is clear but not aggressive and it carries particularly well in a Martini, with a creamy texture that stands out. The frankincense adds an aromatic touch but isn't obvious to taste. This is a gin that is at it's best served with a pink grapefruit peel as a garnish.
Sacred Juniper Gin -
Using the same botanical line up as the flagship gin - the juniper has simply been amped up to 11 for this Sacred variant. If ever there was a gin made for the Aperitivo hour, this is it. Clean, green and fresh juniper bursts from start to finish - ideal for a Negroni or Dry Martini
Sacred Pink Grapefruit Gin -
Made using every bit of the grapefruit, from the flesh to the peel and even the pips - this is, as the name suggest, a pink grapefruit forward gin. It's still gin though, even if one botanical has been dialled up. Great in a G&T as it makes a lively and refreshing drink, especially with Thomas Henry Tonic water.
