Isle of Wight Mermaids Gin

Mermaids Gin is the Isle of Wight’s first gin and pays fitting tribute to its home, with Island grown rock samphire and hops adding to the botanical line up. The gin is a citrusy, hoppy take on London Dry style flavours, with a grains of paradise bringing in a huge spice backbone.

Isle of Wight HMS Victory

The Navy Strength edition of Mermaids Gin brings a richer mouthfeel and is slightly more subdued than its counterpart. The hops and the citrus are still well felt, and the spice – though a little slower to act than in the lower ABV version – ramps up a gear once mixed with tonic.
