Fords Gin is the ultimate barkeeps multitool and as such is a gin that would stand proud in any collection. The liquid inside is a sturdy gin - made as part of a collaboration between Simon Ford of The 86 Co. and Charles Maxwell of Thames Distillers. It's safe to say that Ford, with a long, long history of bartending and Maxwell, a Master Distiller who has been in the industry for 40 years, know what a gin should taste like and with a bright cassia and green juniper coming through right off the bat followed by an earthy angelica and a triple whammy citrus hit (orange, lemon and grapefruit) this is what a gin should taste like.
