Peychauds Bitters - 14.8cl - 35% ABV

Peychaud's Aromatic Cocktail Bitters were created Antoine Amedee Peychaud in New Orleans. Peychaud was a pharmacist and bought his own Drug and Apothecary Store in 1834, where his now famous 'American Aromatic Bitter Cordial' was created.

We regard them as a great 'all-rounder' for use in any drink calling for bitters (for example a Pink Gin cocktail using this instead of Angostura works far better for some gins), though it is primary referenced as the key ingredient in a Sazerac cocktail.
