Never Never Southern Strength Gin - 50cl - 52% ABV

Never Never are disruptors! Late comers to the Gin scene, the Australian dream team burst onto the scene promising to kick off a juniper revolution. So far, so good – the young trio behind the distillery, George Georgiadis, Sean Baxter and Tim Boast, have put their money where their mouths are, launching with their Triple Juniper Gin, and making liquid magic from there on out.

Never Never Southern Strength Gin was built upon bartender and consumer feedback, with seven different trials of the gin put out to a jury. Savoury and strong, this still has the huge amount of juniper that the flagship is so famed for, but is joined by an enormously bold angelica, root and coriander seed support team.

It’s rich and oily, notably piny. The mouth feels as though it’s been dragged from a forest fire, with cinnamon lighting the tongue ablaze as the roots work to stop you from burning up.

To serve: Try orange in a G&T, but this really shines in a Martini.
