Four Pillars, created in 2013, is a craft distillery located in the Yarra Valley – close to Melbourne – and uses a CARL copper pot still called Wilma to produce its Dry Gin. Funded through Pozible – an Australian version of Kickstarter – Four Pillars is the brainchild of wine making and marketing duo Stuart Gregor and Cameron Mackenzie and brand guru Matt Jones, who wish to produce the best craft spirits Australia has to offer.

Four Pillars' 58.8% ABV gin is made with an addition of 'Judy's Everbearing' finger limes and organic oranges. Due to the seasonal nature of these fruits, just one edition of the Navy Strength is released each year.
Coriander and star anise are hefted to the fore by the lime and given a new depth with the addition of fresh ginger and turmeric. The resulting spirit is an enchantingly juicy, fragrant gin that any connoisseur would be proud to own.
